The position paper puts forward proposals and formulates demands based on the first lessons drawn from the pandemic. BAGSO calls for better living conditions of older people. The pandemic has cast spotlight on the living situation of older people and made existing ills visible. It has accelerated developments and revealed the areas where reforms on ageing policy are urgently needed in order to sustainably improve the living conditions of older people and to be better prepared for future crises.
