The future of help and care at home

In view of demographic change, the question of how the increasing number of people in need of help and care can be cared for in the future is becoming increasingly important. Most people would like to be able to continue living at home even if they need care. In Germany, about 80 percent of those in need of care are currently cared for at home and almost exclusively by relatives. In this position paper, BAGSO calls for improving the framework conditions for home care.
